Common questions about the Demiguise Pop! Fantastic Beasts from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Demiguise Pop! from the Fantastic Beasts collection is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko as part of their regular catalog, meaning it is widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces.
There is no single fixed market value for the Demiguise Pop! from the Fantastic Beasts series, as prices fluctuate based on condition, packaging, and current collector demand. As a standard retail item, it typically trades at or near its original retail price, which has historically been around $12.99, though sealed copies in high demand may command a slight premium. Because Funko Pop! values are volatile and specific to the current secondary market, checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or StockX is the most reliable way to determine its current worth.
To authenticate your Demiguise Pop! figure, first verify that the packaging is sealed with a holographic sticker and that the box features the correct SKU and copyright notices. Examine the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the standard Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy molding or faded colors. If the figure lacks these quality markers or the packaging appears tampered with, it is likely a replica, and you can confirm authenticity by comparing it against official Funko product images or contacting their customer support.
I cannot find reliable information confirming the specific release date for the Demiguise Pop! Fantastic Beasts figure with SKU 11. While Funko released a series of Fantastic Beasts figures in 2018, the exact launch date for this specific SKU is not verifiable in available records.
The Demiguise Pop! from the Fantastic Beasts series is no longer in print and is not available for purchase new from Funko. This item is considered a discontinued product, meaning it can only be found on the secondary market through third-party resellers.
There is no official third-party grading service for standard Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by inspecting the figure for paint defects, cracks, or missing parts. Check that the Demiguise's eyes are intact and that the paint on its body and tail is free of scratches or fading. Verify that the figure is securely seated on its base and that the packaging, if present, is undamaged, as these factors significantly impact resale value.
