Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, misaligned eyes, or seam lines, as well as checking the box for any dents, tears, or damage. For a formal grade, you should send the item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's condition. Be aware that the value of graded figures is generally lower than the cost of grading, so this process is typically done for personal collection purposes rather than investment.
