The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Dilophosaurus Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released in 2018. It is a common item that is frequently available on the secondary market, meaning it does not carry the scarcity premium associated with limited editions or exclusive variants.
The standard retail price for the 2018 Dilophosaurus Pop! Movies figure (SKU 550) was typically around $12.99. As a common, non-exclusive release from a major franchise, its current market value generally hovers near that original retail price, with used copies often selling for slightly less depending on condition.
There is no record of a Dilophosaurus Pop! Vinyl figure released by Funko in 2018 with SKU 550, as that specific SKU is not associated with a dinosaur figure from that year. Because the item description does not match known Funko production data, it is likely a misidentified product, a third-party replica, or a listing error. To authenticate a genuine Funko, you should verify the SKU against official Funko release databases and check for consistent quality in the vinyl molding, paint application, and packaging.

The Dilophosaurus Pop! Movies figure (SKU 550) is currently out of print and is no longer available for purchase as new from Funko or major retail partners. Collectors seeking this specific item must look to the secondary market, such as eBay or specialized trading platforms, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
Condition-checking a Dilophosaurus Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint imperfections, and any warping on the limbs or head. You should also verify that the figure is securely seated in its base and that the original box is free of significant damage, as the packaging is a major factor in grading. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service, which will assign a numerical score based on these visual factors.
