Common questions about the Don Lockwood On Lamppost Pop! Movies from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Don Lockwood On Lamppost Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare, as it is a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2024 catalog. Like most regular edition vinyl figures, it was widely distributed to retail stores and online retailers, making it relatively easy to find in new condition.
As a 2024 release, the Don Lockwood On Lamppost Pop! (SKU 1871) is a current retail item, meaning its value is generally pegged to its original retail price, which is typically around $12.99. Because it is not a vintage or out-of-print collectible, it does not currently command a significant premium in the secondary market. Its value will likely remain stable at retail levels until the item is discontinued, at which point sealed copies may see a modest increase.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! #1871, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU (1871), and a scannable barcode that matches the product listing. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper articulation, and the distinct Funko Pop! design features, such as the large head and button eyes. If the packaging appears damaged, the seal is broken, or the figure has significant defects like paint bleed or misaligned parts, it may be a counterfeit or a defective unit, in which case you should contact the retailer for a replacement.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Don Lockwood On Lamppost Pop! Movies (SKU 1871) is currently in print. As a 2024 release, it may be available through Funko's official website or major retailers, but stock availability for specific movie figures fluctuates frequently. I recommend checking current inventory on Funko.com or authorized retailers to verify if it is available to buy new.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, and verifying that the head is properly seated on the body without gaps. For the Don Lockwood On Lamppost variant, pay specific attention to the lamppost accessory, as it is prone to stress fractures or loose joints that can affect the figure's stability. If you are seeking a formal grade for resale, the figure must be submitted to a professional grading service such as PSA, Beckett, or CGC, which will assign a numerical score based on standardized criteria.
