No, the Donatello Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released in 2021 as part of a widely distributed movie series, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is generally easy to find in retail stores or on secondary markets.
The standard retail price for the Donatello Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1133) is typically around $12.99, and it generally sells for this amount or slightly less on the secondary market. As a common, mass-produced item from a popular franchise, it does not command a significant premium over its original retail value unless it is in a sealed box with specific collector interest.
To authenticate your Donatello Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo and the correct SKU number 1133 on the back. Inspect the vinyl for consistent molding, proper paint application, and a secure, centered head that does not wobble excessively. You can also cross-reference the packaging details and figure design against high-resolution images from Funko’s official website or reputable collector databases to confirm it matches the 2021 release specifications.

There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition is typically assessed by the seller or buyer using informal criteria. Key areas to inspect include the head for any cracks or paint chips, the eyes for cloudiness or scratches, and the body for stress marks or discoloration. You should also verify that the figure is securely attached to the base and that the original box is free of significant damage, as "in-box" condition significantly impacts value.
