No, the Donatello Pop! Television figure (SKU 1554) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2024 as part of the regular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lineup, meaning it is widely available through major retailers and secondary markets.
The retail value of the 2024 Donatello Pop! Television (SKU 1554) is typically between $12.99 and $14.99 USD. As a standard mass-produced vinyl figure, its secondary market value generally hovers near or slightly below its original retail price, depending on current local stock availability.
To authenticate your Donatello Pop! Television figure, verify that the packaging displays the official Funko logo and the correct SKU number 1554 on the barcode label. Inspect the vinyl for consistent color saturation, sharp sculpting details, and a smooth finish, as counterfeits often exhibit blurry printing or uneven seams. Funko does not publicly disclose real-time print status or future production schedules for specific Pop! Television figures. While the Donatello figure (SKU 1554) is part of the ongoing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line, availability fluctuates based on retailer inventory and regional distribution. You should check current stock at major retailers like Amazon, Target, or the Funko website to determine if it is currently available for purchase.
There is no standardized third-party grading service specifically for individual Pop! Television figures, so value is typically determined by the condition of the sealed box and the figure itself. To condition-check the item, inspect the packaging for dents, tears, or tape residue, and verify that the figure inside has no paint chips, missing parts, or discoloration. If the box is open, the item is generally considered "loose" and will have significantly lower resale value compared to a sealed unit.
