Common questions about the Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the 2024 release wave for the series, meaning it was manufactured in typical quantities for a regular retail figure.
As a 2024 release, the Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television (SKU 1527) is a current production item, meaning its value is primarily determined by retail pricing rather than scarcity. New copies typically trade at or near the standard Funko retail price, which generally ranges between $10 and $15. Because the figure is not yet out of production, it does not command a significant collector's premium, and its value will likely remain stable until the item is discontinued.
To authenticate your Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television, verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a smooth, uniform finish and that the box features the official Funko logo and a holographic security sticker. Check that the character's proportions, such as the head-to-body ratio and specific facial details, match the official 2024 release specifications for SKU 1527. While I cannot inspect your specific item, comparing these physical traits against verified images of the authentic product is the standard method for confirming its legitimacy.
The Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television was released in 2024 by Funko.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television (SKU 1527) is currently in print or available for purchase as new stock. As a 2024 release, it may have been a limited run or has since sold out, so checking current inventory at authorized Funko retailers is recommended to verify availability.
Grading a Donnie Thornberry Pop! Television involves inspecting the vinyl figure for common defects such as paint overspray, mold lines, or scratches, as well as checking the window box for scuffs, creases, or "shelf wear." For a formal grade, you should submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the figure and box against their specific condition standards. Be aware that the 2024 release date means the item is relatively new, so pristine condition is common, but any damage to the box significantly impacts its value compared to the figure alone.
