There is no reliable public record confirming that Funko produced a "Dorothy & Toto" Pop! Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or misaligned parts, while also verifying that the original box is free from significant damage, dents, or fading. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the sealed item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the state of the packaging and the figure inside.
