The Dougal MacKenzie Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It was a standard production item released in 2015 as part of the general Funko Pop! Television line, meaning it was widely available to the public and not limited to a small print run. While its value may fluctuate based on condition and market demand, it does not possess the scarcity factors associated with limited edition or exclusive variants.
The Dougal MacKenzie Pop! Television figure (SKU 252) is a common item from the 2015 release, and its value is typically low, generally ranging from $5 to $15 for a new-in-box copy. Prices for used or open-box figures are usually lower, often under $5, depending on condition. As a mass-produced character from a popular series, it does not command a premium price in the secondary market.

The Dougal MacKenzie Pop! Television figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2015 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is only available through third-party resellers or the secondary market.
To condition-check a Dougal MacKenzie Pop! Television, inspect the vinyl figure for any cracks, chips, or paint transfers, paying close attention to the head, hands, and the base of the character. Examine the window box for signs of wear, such as creases, scuffs, or faded printing, and verify that the figure is securely seated within the box. While third-party grading services like PSA can provide a standardized condition score, most collectors assess these items visually based on the presence of defects and the overall integrity of the packaging.
