No, the Dustin (Jacket) Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released by Funko in 2022 as part of the Stranger Things collection, and it remains widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces.
The value of a 2022 Dustin (Jacket) Pop! Television figure varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in the box, with retail prices for new units typically ranging between $10 and $20. As a standard production item from a popular series, it does not command a premium price on the secondary market, and used copies generally sell for less than the original retail price.
To authenticate your Dustin (Jacket) Pop! Television, verify that the box features the official Funko logo and displays the correct SKU 1247 on the side or back panel. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper joint articulation, and the specific jacket detailing associated with the 2022 release. While Funko does not issue individual certificates of authenticity for standard vinyl figures, purchasing from authorized retailers and checking for consistent manufacturing quality are the most reliable methods for confirming legitimacy.

To condition-check a Dustin (Jacket) Pop! Television, inspect the vinyl surface for any cracks, scratches, or paint imperfections, paying particular attention to the jacket details and the head joint. Verify that the figure is securely seated in its window box and that the packaging is free from significant dents, tears, or fading, as these factors heavily influence resale value. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service, though many collectors simply assess the condition visually using standard grading scales like 9.0 to 10.0.
