No, the Dwight Schrute (as Recyclops) Pop! Television is not considered rare. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive variant, it remains readily available on the secondary market.
The value of a new, sealed Dwight Schrute (as Recyclops) Pop! Television figure (SKU 1041) typically ranges from $10 to $15, while used copies in good condition generally sell for $5 to $8. To authenticate your 2020 Dwight Schrute (as Recyclops) Pop! Television figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself is made of high-quality vinyl with a smooth, uniform finish. Check the base for the correct "The Office" logo and the specific SKU number 1041, which should match the product details on the box. Be aware that counterfeit figures often exhibit poor paint application, misaligned eyes, or a lack of the distinctive Funko "pop" sound when the figure is removed from its packaging. If the figure lacks these quality markers or the packaging appears generic, it is likely a replica.

There is no official third-party grading service for standard Funko Pop! figures, so condition is typically assessed by the seller or buyer using informal criteria such as paint integrity, eye clarity, and absence of cracks. For this specific Recyclops variant, pay close attention to the condition of the green recycling symbol on his chest and the clarity of his eyes, as these are common points of wear or manufacturing defects. If you require a formal valuation, you can submit the figure to a general collectibles appraiser, but they will not issue a standardized grade like those used for trading cards.
