The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Dwight Schrute as Recyclops Pop! Television figure is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2020. It was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own distribution channels, meaning it is not a limited edition or exclusive variant. Consequently, it is generally easy to find in new or used condition on the secondary market.
The value of the 2020 Funko Pop! Television Dwight Schrute as Recyclops (SKU 1015) fluctuates based on condition and market demand, but it typically sells for between $15 and $30 in new, sealed condition. Prices for used copies are generally lower, often ranging from $10 to $20 depending on the state of the packaging and figure. As with most standard edition Funko Pops, this item does not command a premium price, and its value is best assessed by checking recent completed sales on secondary markets like eBay.
Authenticating a specific 2020 Funko Pop! requires checking for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the correct Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or off-color plastics. Since I cannot visually inspect your item, I cannot confirm its authenticity, but you can compare it against high-resolution images of the official SKU 1015 Recyclops variant to look for discrepancies in the costume details or facial expression. If the figure appears significantly different from verified listings, it is likely a reproduction.
The Dwight Schrute as Recyclops Pop! Television was released in 2020 by Funko.
The Dwight Schrute as Recyclops Pop! Television figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2020 release, it has been discontinued, meaning any remaining stock is limited to third-party resellers or private collections.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, and verifying that the head articulates smoothly without excessive wobble. You should also examine the box for any signs of wear, such as creases, scuffs, or faded printing, as these factors significantly impact the item's value. For a formal grade, the figure must be submitted to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's physical condition and packaging integrity.
