There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition is typically assessed by the buyer using visual inspection. You should examine the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, chipped plastic, seam lines, or misaligned eyes, paying particular attention to the basketball accessory and the basketball jersey details. Since these items are mass-produced, minor imperfections are common, and value is largely determined by how close the figure is to a "mint" condition with no visible flaws under good lighting.
