Pop! Rocks are small, single-figure vinyl collectibles that are typically evaluated based on the presence of manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or chipped plastic. Unlike standard Pop! Vinyls, they are not officially graded by major third-party services like PSA, so their value is determined by their condition relative to the original sealed box. You should inspect the figure under bright light for any visible flaws and verify that the packaging is intact, as the box is a significant part of the item's collectible value.
