The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Edgar Allan Poe w/ Skull Pop! Icons is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's Pop! Icons series, which was released in 2019 and remains widely available on the secondary market. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive variant, its value is typically low and comparable to other common figures from that era.
The Edgar Allan Poe w/ Skull Pop! Icons (SKU 21) is a standard retail Funko Pop! figure that typically sells for approximately $10 to $15 in new, unopened condition. Because it is a common release from 2019, it does not command a premium price on the secondary market, and opened figures are generally worth less than the retail price.
To authenticate your Edgar Allan Poe w/ Skull Pop! Icons, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself features the correct matte finish and sculpt details consistent with the 2019 release. Check the base of the figure for the standard Funko logo and ensure the packaging displays the correct SKU number, 21, along with the appropriate copyright and manufacturing information. If the figure exhibits sharp edges, excessive paint bleed, or a glossy finish that deviates from the standard vinyl texture, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it side-by-side with high-resolution images of verified authentic units is recommended.

The Edgar Allan Poe w/ Skull Pop! Icons (SKU 21) is considered out of print and is no longer manufactured by Funko. While it may occasionally appear in the secondary market through resellers, it is not available for purchase new from official retail channels.
You can grade this figure by sending it to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will inspect the vinyl for defects such as scratches, paint chips, or mold lines and assign a numerical grade. For a simpler condition check, examine the figure under bright light to ensure the paint is intact, the eyes are aligned, and the base is free of scuffs. Note that Pop! Icons figures are typically sold in a clear display case, so you should also verify that the case is undamaged and that the figure is properly seated within it.
