No, the Elle (Sun) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2022 as part of their regular movie licensing line, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is widely available through major retailers and secondary markets.
The standard retail price for the 2022 Elle (Sun) Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1226) was approximately $12.99. As a common mass-market release from a major film, its current market value for a new, unopened figure typically hovers near or slightly below that original retail price, while used copies generally sell for less. Exact value can fluctuate based on local demand and condition, so checking recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay provides the most accurate current pricing.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Movies Elle (Sun) figure, verify that the box features the official Funko logo, the movie title, and the character name, and check for the SKU 1226 on the packaging. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and a smooth finish, as counterfeits often exhibit sloppy paint lines or misaligned parts. Additionally, confirm that the base is solid and the figure stands upright without excessive wobble, which is a common flaw in unauthorized reproductions.
The Elle (Sun) Pop! Movies was released in 2022 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Elle (Sun) Pop! Movies figure, so it is no longer in print. While you may find new-in-box units at select third-party retailers or on secondary marketplaces, Funko no longer produces this specific SKU for new orders.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, first inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, paying close attention to high-contact areas like the head and hands. Verify that the figure is fully assembled with no loose joints and that the packaging box is free from significant dents, creases, or label damage if you are evaluating it as a sealed item. For a formal grade, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service, which will assign a numerical score based on its physical condition, though this is generally only recommended for rare or high-value variants.
