No, the Elliot and E.T. Flying Pop! Movies (SKU 1259) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released by Funko in 2022 as part of their regular movie collection line, meaning it was widely available and is not a limited edition or exclusive item.
The Elliot and E.T. Flying Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1259) is a standard retail release from 2022, and its value is typically determined by the current market price for new, sealed units. As a common movie tie-in item, it does not command a premium over its original retail price, and its worth fluctuates based on availability and demand in the secondary market.
There is no widely recognized Funko Pop! Movies product featuring "Elliot" alongside E.T. in a flying pose, as Elliot is a character from *E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial* who is typically depicted as a human child rather than a flying figure. The specific SKU 1259 does not correspond to a standard, verified release in the Funko Pop! Movies line for this combination, suggesting the item may be a misidentified, third-party, or counterfeit product. To authenticate it, compare the packaging, logo, and figure details against official Funko release lists and retailer listings, noting that genuine Funko items typically feature specific mold quality and branding that counterfeits often lack.

Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seams, or scratches, and verifying that the eyes are properly aligned. You should also examine the box for any damage, dents, or wear, as the packaging is a significant factor in the item's value. If you are seeking a formal grade, you must submit the sealed item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the condition of both the figure and the box.
