Common questions about the Elliot Pop! Movies from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Elliot Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1256) is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2022 catalog. It was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces during its release window, meaning it does not possess the limited production numbers or exclusivity factors that typically define rare collectibles.
The 2022 Elliot Pop! Movies vinyl figure (SKU 1256) is a common retail release, and its value is typically determined by its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box. As a standard mass-produced item, it generally trades for a modest price in the secondary market, often ranging from a few dollars to around $10-$15 for a new, unopened figure. Exact current pricing fluctuates based on local supply and demand, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or StockX is the most reliable way to determine its specific market value.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person. To authenticate your Funko Pop, check for consistent paint application, sharp edges, and a clear, legible SKU number on the base that matches the official catalog. You can also compare the figure's proportions and packaging details against high-resolution images from the official Funko website or reputable collector resources.
The Elliot Pop! Movies was released in 2022 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly disclose specific print run limits or real-time production status for individual Pop! figures, so there is no official confirmation that the Elliot (SKU 1256) is permanently out of print. However, because this item was released in 2022, it is no longer part of Funko's current active retail lineup and is generally only available through third-party resellers or secondary markets.
Grading a Funko Pop! figure like the Elliot from *Movies* (SKU 1256) involves inspecting the vinyl for manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or chipped eyes, as well as checking the box for any damage. While professional grading services like PSA or Beckett can assign a numerical score based on these factors, most collectors simply assess the item as "mint" if it is unopened and undamaged, or "used" if the box has been opened. There is no standardized public grading scale for individual Funko Pop! figures comparable to that used for trading cards, so condition is typically described qualitatively.
