No, the Emperor Montimus Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2022 as part of their regular television series lineup, meaning it was widely distributed and is generally easy to find in retail stores or online marketplaces.
The value of the 2022 Funko Pop! Emperor Montimus (SKU 1200) fluctuates based on condition and market demand, but it typically sells for between $15 and $30 in retail condition. Because this is a standard production figure from a major franchise, it does not command a significant premium over its original retail price, and sealed copies generally fetch only a slight increase over loose figures.
To authenticate your 2022 Emperor Montimus Pop! Television (SKU 1200), verify that the box features the standard Funko branding, the correct character name, and the specific SKU number on the side or back. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper articulation, and the distinct sculpted details of the character, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy molding or faded colors. While there is no official holographic authentication for standard retail Funko Pops, purchasing from authorized retailers and checking for the presence of the original shrink wrap and box insert can help confirm its legitimacy.

To condition-check a Funko Pop! Television figure, inspect the vinyl for any cracks, hairline fractures, or paint chips, paying close attention to the head, hands, and base. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service, as there is no standardized retail grading scale for individual Pop! figures.
