I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Eric Draven with Crow Pop! Movies (SKU 1429) is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko. As a 2023 release, it is likely a limited production run that has sold out, making it primarily available through the secondary market.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and dust, paying close attention to the crow perched on the shoulder and the weapon in Eric Draven's hand. Verify that the eyes are free of smudges and that the figure stands level without leaning, as uneven bases can indicate manufacturing defects. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a professional third-party grading service, which will evaluate the figure's centering, paint application, and overall completeness.
