Common questions about the Erling Haaland Pop! Football from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Erling Haaland Pop! Football figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2023, and it is widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. Because it was not a limited edition release, its value is generally determined by its condition rather than scarcity.
The standard retail price for the Erling Haaland Pop! Football (SKU 60) is typically around $12.99 USD. As a common 2023 release, its secondary market value generally hovers near or slightly below retail, often ranging between $8 and $12 depending on the seller and condition.
To authenticate your Erling Haaland Pop! Football, first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and a holographic sticker, which are standard security markers for genuine releases. Examine the figure itself for high-quality paint application, sharp sculpting, and the correct SKU number 60 printed on the packaging. Be aware that while the 2023 release date aligns with Haaland's transfer to Manchester City, Funko frequently re-releases popular figures, so the presence of a 2023 date does not guarantee the item is from the original production run. If the packaging lacks these specific security features or the figure exhibits poor manufacturing quality, it is likely a counterfeit.

Funko has not officially announced that the Erling Haaland Pop! Football (SKU 60) is out of print, so it remains technically in production. However, availability for new purchases is inconsistent, and the figure is frequently out of stock at major retailers like Amazon and Target. Because of this intermittent availability, collectors often have to rely on secondary marketplaces to find new copies.
Funko Pop! figures are generally not graded by major third-party authentication services like PSA, as they are mass-produced items that do not carry the same investment value as trading cards or rare collectibles. To condition-check a specific figure, you should inspect it for common defects such as paint overspray, misaligned eyes, scratches, or damage to the box, noting that any imperfection typically disqualifies it from being considered "mint" by collectors.
