Common questions about the Eva 9 With Meego Pop! Television from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
There is no reliable information indicating that the Eva 9 With Meego Pop! Television is a limited edition or exclusive variant. As a standard mass-production release from 2024, its rarity is determined solely by its current market availability and production run size, which are not publicly documented as scarce.
The value of the Eva 9 With Meego Pop! Television (SKU 1606) fluctuates based on market demand and condition, but new copies typically retail between $15 and $25. As a 2024 release, it is not yet a rare vintage item, so its price is primarily driven by current retail availability and collector interest in the Evangelion franchise. For the most accurate current valuation, check recent completed sales on secondary markets like eBay.
You can authenticate your Funko Pop! by checking the bottom of the figure for a copyright stamp that reads "© Funko Inc." along with the year of manufacture, which should be 2024 for this release. Additionally, verify that the packaging includes the official Funko logo and that the figure's paint application and proportions match the official product images, as counterfeit items often feature sloppy molding or incorrect color schemes. If the figure lacks these specific markings or appears significantly different from the retail version, it is likely a replica.
The Eva 9 With Meego Pop! Television was released in 2024 by Funko.
I cannot confirm the current print status or availability of the Eva 9 With Meego Pop! Television (SKU 1606) with certainty, as inventory levels fluctuate rapidly and specific production runs for 2024 releases may have already sold out. To determine if it is still available new, you should check the current stock status on the official Funko website or major authorized retailers.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface imperfections such as scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verifying that the eyes are properly aligned and free of cloudiness. You should also examine the packaging for any signs of wear, including creases, tears, or water damage, as the box condition significantly impacts the item's value. While professional grading services exist for collectibles, most buyers and sellers rely on high-resolution photographs of the figure and box to assess condition, noting that any damage to the head, hands, or base is typically considered a defect.
