Common questions about the EVE (Whirlwind) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The EVE (Whirlwind) Pop! Disney figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run. It is widely available on the secondary market, typically trading at or below its original retail price.
The EVE (Whirlwind) Pop! Vinyl figure, manufactured by Funko, typically retails for approximately $12.99 to $14.99 in new, sealed condition. As a standard production item without rare variants, its secondary market value generally remains close to the retail price, with used copies often selling for slightly less. Specific pricing can fluctuate based on current local demand and condition.
To authenticate a Funko Pop! figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the official holographic sticker and that the figure itself has the correct weight and paint application for the specific SKU. Check the bottom of the figure for the molded "Funko" logo and ensure the plastic feels solid without excessive flashing or rough seams. While there is no single definitive test for every counterfeit, significant discrepancies in box printing, figure weight, or paint quality are strong indicators of a fake. If you are still uncertain, you can submit photos to the Funko community forums or contact Funko customer service for a formal verification.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Funko Pop! Disney figure of EVE (Whirlwind) with SKU 1116. While EVE is a character from the Disney film *WALL-E*, Funko SKU 1116 is not widely documented in public release databases as corresponding to this specific character, and the "Whirlwind" designation does not match standard Funko product naming conventions for this figure.
Funko has discontinued the EVE (Whirlwind) Pop! Disney figure, meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new directly from the manufacturer. While it may occasionally appear on the secondary market through resellers, it is not currently available through standard retail channels.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or misaligned eyes, while also verifying that the head is properly seated and the base is free of cracks. For a formal grade, you should submit the figure to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will evaluate the item's centering, color, and surface quality to assign a numerical score.
