The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Fin du Chomp Pop! Fantastik Plastik is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-produced line released in 2018. While specific variants like chomps or special editions may have lower production numbers, the base figure was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels. Its current market value and availability reflect its status as a common collectible rather than a scarce item.
I cannot find reliable market data to determine the specific value of the 2018 Fin du Chomp Pop! Fantastik Plastik. Valuation for niche Funko variants depends heavily on current condition and local demand, which fluctuates and is not available in a static dataset.
The Fin du Chomp Pop! Fantastik Plastik is a legitimate Funko product released in 2018, and you can verify its authenticity by checking for the official Funko logo on the base and the SKU number 12 printed on the packaging. Authentic figures typically feature a smooth, consistent vinyl finish and precise paint application, whereas counterfeits often exhibit rough edges, misaligned seams, or faded colors. If the packaging includes a holographic sticker or specific regional labeling that matches official 2018 releases, this further supports its legitimacy.
The Fin du Chomp Pop! Fantastik Plastik was released in 2018 by Funko.
The Fin du Chomp Pop! Fantastik Plastik is no longer in print and is not available to purchase new from Funko. As a 2018 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning any new stock found today would be from remaining retailer inventory or secondary market sellers.
Fin du Chomp Pop! figures are not graded by major third-party authentication services like PSA, so their value is determined by visual inspection of the figure and its packaging. To condition-check the figure, examine the vinyl for cracks, paint chips, or discoloration, and verify that the eyes and mouth are properly aligned. If the item is sealed, inspect the box for dents, creases, or tape residue, as a "mint" box is required for the highest resale value.
