No, the Fish Mooney Pop! Heroes figure is not considered rare. It was a standard retail release from Funko's 2015 lineup and was widely available in stores and online at the time of its launch. While older Funko Pop! figures can sometimes become harder to find in mint condition due to age and wear, this specific item was not produced in limited quantities.
The value of a Fish Mooney Pop! Heroes vinyl figure (SKU 80) fluctuates based on condition, packaging, and current market demand, so there is no single fixed price. As a standard retail item from 2015, it typically trades for a modest amount, often ranging from a few dollars to around $10-$15 in the secondary market. For the most accurate and up-to-date valuation, you should check recent sold listings on platforms like eBay or specialized collectibles databases.
To authenticate a 2015 Fish Mooney Pop! Heroes figure, first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and displays the correct SKU number 80 on the side or bottom. Inspect the vinyl for consistent molding, sharp paint lines, and the standard Funko eyes, as counterfeit versions often exhibit blurry printing, uneven seams, or off-color plastics. You can also cross-reference the box art and figure proportions against high-resolution images from reputable collector databases to ensure the design matches the original 2015 release.

Fish Mooney Pop! Heroes #80 is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2015 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is only available through the secondary market from third-party sellers.
To condition-check a Fish Mooney Pop! Heroes figure, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, paying close attention to the high-contrast areas of the costume and the distinct facial features. Verify that the figure is securely seated on the base without gaps and that the packaging, if present, is free from significant creases or tears. For a formal grade, submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these specific cosmetic factors.
