No, the Flik on Dandelion Seed Pop! (SKU 1330) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from the 2023 Disney release, and while specific variants like Chase or Glow-in-the-Dark versions may have lower print runs, the base figure was widely available to the general public.
The value of the Flik on Dendelion Seed Pop! Disney (SKU 1330) fluctuates based on market demand, condition, and whether the figure is sealed in its box. As a standard 2023 release from the Disney/Pixar line, it typically sells for a modest premium over its original retail price, generally ranging from $10 to $25 for a new, unopened figure. Prices for open figures are significantly lower, often below retail, while sealed copies in high demand may occasionally exceed the $25 mark.
To authenticate your Flik on Dandelion Seed Pop! (SKU 1330), first verify that the box features the official Funko logo, the Disney licensing mark, and a scannable QR code that links to the product page. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, clean seams, and the correct sculpt details, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy molding or faded colors. Additionally, check the bottom of the figure for the standard Funko copyright stamp and ensure the packaging materials match the quality of genuine 2023 releases. If the item lacks these specific identifiers or the QR code does not resolve, it is likely a counterfeit.

To condition-check a Flik on Dandelion Seed Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl surface for manufacturing defects such as flash, seams, or paint errors, and verify that the dandelion seed accessory is intact and securely attached. Check the base for any scuffing or warping, as these figures are often sold with a stand that can show wear. While third-party grading services like PSA or Beckett can provide a certified condition score, most collectors assess these items visually for "Mint" versus "Near Mint" status based on the presence of any visible flaws.
