Common questions about the Foster Pop! Movies from Funko (2019).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Foster Pop! Movies figure (SKU 767) is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release from Funko’s 2019 catalog. These items were widely available through major retailers and Funko’s own channels during that period, meaning they are generally easy to find in new or used condition today.
The value of a 2019 Funko Pop! Foster (SKU 767) varies significantly based on condition, with unopened figures typically selling for between $10 and $20. Opened figures in good condition generally range from $5 to $10, while damaged or incomplete items may be worth less. Prices fluctuate based on current market demand and the specific platform used for sale.
Authenticating a specific 2019 Funko Pop! requires examining the physical details, as there is no public database for individual unit verification. Look for the standard Funko logo on the base, clear and sharp paint application, and a smooth, seamless plastic finish without visible mold lines. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is highly likely to be genuine, but significant deviations in weight, color, or packaging quality should prompt you to seek a professional appraisal.
The Foster Pop! Movies was released in 2019 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Foster Pop! Movies figure, so it is no longer in print or available for purchase new from the manufacturer. Collectors seeking a new copy must look for sealed stock on the secondary market, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
Grading a Funko Pop! figure like Foster from the 2019 release typically involves a visual inspection for common defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or missing accessories, rather than submission to a professional grading service, which is rare for standard vinyl collectibles. You should check the figure's articulation points, if any, and verify that the packaging is intact if you are assessing the item as a sealed collectible. For most buyers, the condition is simply categorized as new, used, or damaged based on these visible flaws.
