No, this item is not considered rare. It is a standard production Star Wars Pop! Vinyl figure released by Funko in 2023, and it was widely available through major retail channels and online marketplaces during its release window.
The value of this specific Funko Pop! figure depends heavily on its condition and whether it is still sealed in its original box, with typical retail prices for new copies generally ranging between $15 and $25. Because this is a standard 2023 release and not a limited edition, it does not carry a significant premium in the secondary market, and used copies often sell for less than the original retail price.
There is no official Funko Pop! figure released in 2023 featuring a character named "Freddy" as Luke Skywalker with Grogu, which suggests the item is likely a misidentified, custom, or counterfeit product. To authenticate a genuine Star Wars Pop!, verify that the packaging displays the official Funko logo, a scannable barcode, and a unique serial number that matches the figure's mold quality and paint application. Since this specific description does not correspond to a known catalog item, you should check the serial number against Funko's official database or consult a reputable third-party authentication service to determine its legitimacy.
The Freddy Funko as Luke with Grogu Star Wars Pop! was released in 2023 by Funko.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Freddy Funko as Luke with Grogu Star Wars Pop! is currently in print or available for purchase new. As a 2023 release, it is likely out of production, and availability is typically limited to the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, misaligned eyes, or seams, as well as any damage to the packaging. You should verify that the box is free of significant dents, tears, or creases, and ensure the figure is securely seated within its original display window. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the condition of both the figure and the box.
