No, the Freddy Funko as Stormtrooper Star Wars Pop! is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production release from 2023, and the "SE" designation typically indicates a standard edition variant rather than a limited or exclusive production run.
I cannot provide a reliable valuation for this item because the specific "Freddy Funko as Stormtrooper" SKU is not a standard, widely recognized release in the official Funko Pop! catalog. While Funko has produced Star Wars figures and collaborations, this specific combination appears to be either a misidentified item, a very obscure regional variant, or a non-existent product, making it impossible to cite a factual market value without risking speculation.
I cannot verify the authenticity of your specific item without physical inspection or access to the SKU "SE," which does not correspond to a standard, widely recognized catalog number for this specific 2023 release. To authenticate a Funko Pop, you should examine the packaging for a holographic seal, check the vinyl for consistent molding and paint application, and compare the figure's proportions and details against official Funko product images. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is likely genuine, but third-party verification services are available for definitive authentication.

To condition-check this Funko Pop, inspect the figure for any paint defects, scratches, or mold lines, and ensure the head is properly aligned with the body. Verify that the box is free from significant damage, yellowing, or missing flaps, as the packaging condition significantly impacts the item's value. For a formal grade, you can submit the sealed figure to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and box's physical condition.
