The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Freddy Funko with Funko HQ Pop! Town (SKU 12) is not generally considered rare, as it was part of a standard 2020 release and is widely available on the secondary market. Its common status is reflected in its relatively low price point compared to limited or exclusive variants.
The value of a 2020 Freddy Funko with the Funko HQ Pop! Town accessory varies significantly based on condition, whether it is in the box, and the specific variant. Generally, a sealed, in-box figure from this era typically trades in the $20 to $40 range, while a loose figure may be worth less. Because this is a relatively common release from a popular IP, it is not a high-value collectible, and prices fluctuate based on current market demand.
To authenticate your 2020 Freddy Funko with the Funko HQ Pop! Town, first verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a smooth, uniform finish and that the paint application is precise without bleeding or gaps. Check the base for the embossed "Funko" logo and confirm the SKU number 12 is clearly printed on the box or figure. Examine the eyes for the signature glossy finish and ensure the packaging includes the standard Funko window box with a secure seal. If the vinyl feels soft, the paint is chipped, or the logo is missing, the item may be a replica, so compare it against official Funko product images for definitive confirmation.

For formal grading, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service like PSA or CGC, which will assign a numerical grade based on these physical attributes.
