No, the Frosty The Snowman Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2024 as part of their regular movie series, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is widely available through major retailers.
The 2024 Funko Pop! Movies Frosty The Snowman (SKU 1677) is a standard retail release, and its value is primarily determined by its condition and whether it is sealed in the original box. As a recent release, it typically trades at or near its original retail price, usually ranging between $10 and $15, with sealed copies commanding a slight premium over loose figures. There is no established secondary market premium for this specific item at this time.
To authenticate your 2024 Frosty The Snowman Pop! Movies figure, verify that the packaging features the official Funko logo and the correct SKU number 1677 printed on the box. Examine the vinyl for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and a clear, undistorted window, as counterfeit items often exhibit blurry printing, misaligned parts, or poor-quality plastic. If the figure lacks the standard Funko branding on the base or the box feels flimsy compared to genuine releases, it is likely a replica.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Frosty The Snowman Pop! Movies (SKU 1677) is currently in print or available for purchase as a new item. Funko frequently discontinues specific movie tie-in figures after their initial release window, so this figure is likely only available through the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface defects like mold lines, paint overspray, or scratches, and verifying that the eyes and accessories are intact and properly aligned. You should also examine the box for any signs of damage, such as creases, tears, or faded printing, as these factors significantly impact the item's value. While professional grading services exist for collectibles, most buyers and sellers rely on high-resolution photos of the figure and packaging to assess condition for peer-to-peer transactions.
