Common questions about the Gambit Timed Edition from Mondo (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Mondo's Timed Editions are not considered rare in the traditional sense because they are produced in large, open quantities and remain available for purchase for a set period, typically six months. Unlike limited print runs, the value of a Timed Edition is generally lower than that of a Limited Edition, and its price often decreases once the item is no longer in active production.
The Gambit Timed Edition originally retailed for $215.00. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
I cannot determine the authenticity of your specific item without visual inspection. Generally, authentic Mondo products feature high-quality print details, correct color registration, and are sold through authorized retailers with a certificate of authenticity. If you purchased the item from an unofficial source, I recommend contacting Mondo directly or consulting a professional appraiser for verification.
The Gambit Timed Edition was released in 2023 by Mondo.
The Mondo Gambit Timed Edition was released in 2023 as a limited-time print run, meaning it is no longer in production. Consequently, it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer and can only be found on the secondary market through resellers or collectors.
Mondo does not officially grade its prints, so there is no manufacturer-backed certification for condition. For a Gambit Timed Edition, you should assess the item by checking for sharp print edges, absence of creases or tears, and the integrity of the packaging, as these factors directly impact its secondary market value. If you require a formal condition report, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service, though this is not standard practice for most Mondo releases.
