Common questions about the Gelatinous Cube Pop! Games from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Gelatinous Cube Pop! Games figure is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item released in 2023. It is widely available through major retailers and Funko's official channels, meaning it does not have limited production numbers or exclusive distribution constraints that would classify it as a scarce collectible.
The retail price for the Funko Pop! Games Gelatinous Cube (SKU 914) is typically around $15 to $20. As a standard production item from 2023, its secondary market value generally hovers near or slightly below retail, depending on the condition of the figure and box. It is not considered a rare collectible, so significant appreciation in value is unlikely.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Games Gelatinous Cube (SKU 914), first verify that the box is sealed with the standard Funko shrink wrap and that the figure itself is made of solid vinyl with a matte finish, as authentic Pops are not made of plastic or resin. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is clean without significant bleeding, which is common in counterfeits. Since Funko does not provide a public serial number database for standard retail items, the most reliable method for high-value verification is to consult a reputable third-party authentication service or compare the item side-by-side with a known genuine example.
The Gelatinous Cube Pop! Games was released in 2023 by Funko.
Funko Pop! Games figures are generally produced in limited runs and are not typically kept in continuous print like standard vinyl Pop! figures. Consequently, the Gelatinous Cube Pop! Games (SKU 914) is likely no longer available to buy new directly from Funko or major retail partners, and current availability is usually limited to the secondary market.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! vinyl figures, so you cannot obtain a professional certification for this item. To assess its condition, inspect the vinyl for manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or chipped details, and verify that the box is free of significant damage, yellowing, or tampering. The value of a 2023 release is primarily determined by its "Mint in Box" status, meaning the figure is unopened and the packaging remains in pristine condition.
