To grade a General Raam Pop! Games figure, you should submit it to a professional third-party grading service such as PSA, which will evaluate the item’s condition based on factors like paint integrity, seam lines, and overall wear. For a preliminary condition check, inspect the figure under bright light for any paint chips, scratches, or misaligned parts, and verify that the box is free of significant damage if you are assessing the complete set. Since Pop! figures are mass-produced, minor imperfections are common, so focus on identifying any defects that would significantly detract from the item's value.
