No, the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard retail release from Funko's 2024 Valentine's Day collection, meaning it was widely distributed to major retailers and is readily available for purchase.
As a 2024 release, the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1725) is currently considered a new item, meaning its market value is generally equivalent to its retail price. Because it is a recent release, there is not yet sufficient secondary market data to establish a stable resale value, and prices may fluctuate based on availability and collector demand.
To authenticate your 2024 Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the SKU 1725 is printed on the box and that the packaging displays the official Funko logo and copyright information. Examine the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the specific Valentine's Day design elements, such as the red heart accents, which should be crisp and free of major defects. If the box is damaged or missing, you can cross-reference the figure's appearance with high-resolution images from Funko's official website or authorized retailers to confirm it matches the genuine product specifications.

Funko does not publicly release a definitive list of items that are permanently out of print, so the current production status of the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure cannot be confirmed with certainty. You should check the "In Stock" status on Funko's official website or major retailers like Amazon and Target to see if it is currently available for purchase. If it is not listed as available for new purchase, it is likely out of print, and you would need to seek out a used copy from secondary marketplaces.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface defects such as mold lines, paint overspray, or scratches, while also verifying that the head is properly seated and the eyes are intact. For the Ghost Face (Valentines) variant, pay particular attention to the red heart accents on the mask and the specific color saturation of the black suit, as these are key identifying features. If you intend to have the item professionally graded, ensure it remains in its original, unopened packaging, as grading services like PSA typically require the figure to be sealed in its box to receive a grade.
