No, the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2024 Valentine's Day collection, meaning it was widely distributed and is readily available through major retailers and secondary markets.
The retail value for the 2024 Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1725) is typically around $12.99. As a recent release, its secondary market price generally hovers near retail value, though specific prices can fluctuate based on current stock availability and condition.
To authenticate your 2024 Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the packaging is a sealed, shrink-wrapped box with the correct SKU 1725 printed on the label. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, clean seams, and the specific Valentine's Day color variations, such as the red and white palette, which should match official Funko product images. If the box is damaged or missing, you can cross-reference the figure's mold details and paint scheme against high-resolution photos from authorized retailers to confirm it is not a counterfeit.
The Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies was released in 2024 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly release real-time inventory data for specific SKUs, so I cannot confirm with certainty if the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies (SKU 1725) is currently in print. Because this is a seasonal Valentine's Day release from 2024, it is likely that the item has been discontinued or is only available through third-party resellers at a premium price. I recommend checking the official Funko website or contacting their customer support directly for the most accurate current availability.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, misaligned eyes, or seam lines on the vinyl body. You should also verify that the box is free of significant damage, as the packaging is a key component of the item's value. For a formal grade, you can submit the sealed figure to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the condition of both the box and the figure.
