Common questions about the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard seasonal Valentine's Day release in 2024. These themed variants are typically produced in standard quantities and are widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces.
As a 2024 release, the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1725) is currently a recent production item, meaning its market value is primarily determined by its retail price rather than established collector premiums. Without specific data on secondary market sales, it is difficult to assign a precise monetary value beyond its original retail cost, which typically ranges between $10 and $15 for standard Funko Pops.
To authenticate your 2024 Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the packaging is a sealed, shrink-wrapped box with the correct SKU 1725 and a legible barcode. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the distinct heart-shaped eyes characteristic of the Valentine's Day variant. Check the base for the standard Funko logo and ensure the vinyl feels solid without excessive flexing, which can indicate a counterfeit. If the box shows signs of tampering or the figure lacks the specific red and white color scheme associated with this release, it is likely not genuine.
The Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies was released in 2024 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly disclose real-time production schedules or definitive "discontinued" status for specific Pop! figures, so there is no official confirmation that the Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! Movies is permanently out of print. Because this is a seasonal Valentine's Day release from 2024, it is likely no longer in active production, and availability for new units is typically limited to remaining stock at major retailers or secondary markets.
Condition-checking a Ghost Face (Valentines) Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, particularly on the mask and clothing details. You should also verify that the figure is securely attached to the base and that the packaging is intact, as the box condition significantly impacts value for collectors. While third-party grading services like PSA can provide a standardized score, most buyers assess these items visually by checking for common flaws such as seam lines or discoloration.
