No, the Ghus with Pajamas Pop! Comics figure is not considered rare. It was part of a standard production run released by Funko in 2018 and is widely available on the secondary market. Collectors generally classify this item as a common variant rather than a limited edition or chase piece.
I cannot find reliable information regarding the specific market value of the Ghus with Pajamas Pop! Comics figure. Because this item is not a standard, widely tracked release from a major franchise, its price is likely determined by local availability and individual collector interest rather than established market data.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without visual inspection, so I cannot confirm if your figure is real. To authenticate a Funko Pop! yourself, check for the official Funko logo and copyright date on the base, ensure the packaging seal is intact if unopened, and compare the figure's proportions and paint application against high-resolution images of the official SKU 16 release. If you have concerns about a specific item, submitting photos to the Funko community forums or contacting Funko support directly is the most reliable way to get a definitive answer.

Funko discontinued the Pop! Comics line in 2020, so the Ghus with Pajamas figure is no longer in print. It is no longer available to purchase new from Funko or major retail partners. Collectors seeking this item must look for used copies on the secondary market, such as eBay or dedicated collectibles platforms.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure involves inspecting the vinyl for manufacturing defects such as seams, air bubbles, or paint overspray, as well as verifying that the eyes are properly aligned and the pajamas are intact without tears. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the figure to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the item's authenticity, centering, and overall cosmetic condition to assign a numerical score.
