No, the Gir Pop! Television is not considered rare. It was a standard production item released by Funko in 2012 and remains widely available on the secondary market. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive release, its value is generally low compared to rarer Funko figures.
I cannot find reliable information to determine the specific market value of a 2012 Gir Pop! Television figure. Valuation for collectibles depends heavily on condition, packaging, and current market demand, which fluctuate over time. I recommend checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or specialized collectibles databases for an accurate estimate.
No, the Gir Pop! Television is not a real product. Funko did not release a Pop! Television figure for the character Gir in 2012, and SKU 12 corresponds to a different item in their catalog. You likely have a counterfeit or a misidentified item, as this specific combination of character, series, and year does not exist in official Funko production records.

The Gir Pop! Television figure, released in 2012, is no longer in print and is not available to purchase new from Funko. It is currently a discontinued item that can only be found on the secondary market, such as resale platforms or collector communities.
There is no reliable information available to confirm the existence of a "Gir Pop! Television" by Funko, as the Gir character is associated with the Cartoon Network series *Invader Zim* and is not part of the *Television* franchise. Additionally, the year 2012 predates the launch of the Funko Pop! line, which began in 2010 but did not produce this specific item. You should verify the item's authenticity and correct identification before attempting to grade it, as the described product does not appear to exist in standard Funko catalogs.
