Common questions about the Godzilla 10" Pop! Movies from Funko (2021).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Godzilla 10" Pop! Movies (SKU 1015) is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item released in 2021 that remains widely available through major retailers and secondary markets. It is a common variant of the popular Godzilla character line and does not carry the limited production numbers or special packaging that typically define rarity in the Funko Pop! collectible market.
The retail price for the 2021 Godzilla 10" Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1015) is typically around $19.99. As a standard 10-inch vinyl figure from a major franchise, its secondary market value generally hovers near or slightly below its original retail price, depending on current demand and condition.
Authenticating a Funko Pop! requires checking for specific quality markers, such as the presence of a barcode on the bottom of the figure and a clear, uncracked plastic window on the box. The figure should have a smooth, consistent paint job without visible seams or excess plastic, and the box should feature crisp printing with the correct SKU 1015 and 2021 release date. If the packaging feels flimsy, the plastic is cloudy, or the paint is uneven, it is likely a counterfeit, and you should compare the item directly against official Funko product images to verify details.
The Godzilla 10" Pop! Movies was released in 2021 by Funko.
The Godzilla 10" Pop! Movies (SKU 1015) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2021 release, this figure is considered discontinued, meaning it can only be purchased through the secondary market from third-party sellers or collectors.
To grade a 10-inch Funko Pop, you should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or misaligned eyes, and verify that the box is free of significant damage like creases or water spots. While professional grading services like PSA or CGC can assign a numerical grade based on these factors, most collectors simply assess the item's condition as Mint, Near Mint, or Used for casual resale. Note that the specific SKU 1015 you provided does not correspond to the standard Godzilla 10-inch Pop, which is typically SKU 1015 for the 2019 film release, so you should verify the exact product details before submitting it for grading.
