As a standard 3.75-inch vinyl figure, it typically trades near its original retail price, generally in the range of $12 to $15 USD. Because it is a recent release, the secondary market price has not yet developed a significant premium over retail, and value will depend on condition and demand trends over time.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Movies #1664 Godzilla (1999), first verify the box seal and check the figure's weight and paint application, as counterfeits often feel lighter or have sloppy paint lines. Examine the base for the correct "Funko" logo and ensure the vinyl has the characteristic matte finish without excessive gloss. Compare the figure's proportions and specific sculpt details against official Funko reference images, paying close attention to the eyes and mouth, which are common areas where fakes deviate. If the packaging or figure shows signs of tampering, inconsistent font on the box, or a missing or incorrect SKU, the item is likely not authentic.
