The Godzilla 6" Pop! Movies figure (SKU 239) is not considered rare. It was a standard production item released by Funko in 2015 to coincide with the film's theatrical release and was widely distributed through major retail channels. While specific variants like chomsky or exclusive editions may have lower print runs, the standard figure remains a common collectible.
The value of a 2015 Funko Pop! Godzilla (SKU 239) varies significantly based on condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. As a common item from a major franchise, an unboxed figure in good condition typically sells for between $10 and $20, while a sealed, mint-condition box can range from $25 to $50. Prices for damaged figures or those with missing packaging parts are generally lower, often under $10.
To authenticate your 2015 Godzilla 6" Pop! Movies (SKU 239), first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and displays the correct SKU number on the side panel. Examine the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the standard Funko "P" logo on the base, as counterfeit items often exhibit blurry printing or uneven seams. You can further confirm authenticity by cross-referencing the packaging design and product images with official Funko catalogs or reputable collector databases.

The Godzilla 6" Pop! Movies figure (SKU 239) is no longer in print and is not currently available to buy new from Funko. This item was released in 2015 and has since been discontinued, meaning it is only obtainable through the secondary market from third-party sellers or collectors.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint imperfections, scratches, or mold lines, and verifying that the box is free of dents, creases, or significant wear. For the Godzilla 6" Pop! Movies (SKU 239), you should also confirm that the character's specific details, such as the dorsal fins and facial expression, match the original 2015 release. While professional grading services like PSA or CGC exist for collectibles, they are rarely used for standard, unsealed vinyl figures due to the low cost of the item relative to grading fees, so most collectors rely on visual inspection and high-resolution photos for valuation.
