The Gossamer Pop! Movies (SKU 1186) is not considered rare in the broader Funko market, as it was part of a standard 2022 release. While specific production numbers for this SKU are not publicly documented, it was widely available through major retailers. Its value is primarily driven by the "Gossamer" finish rather than scarcity.
The Gossamer Pop! Movies (SKU 1186) is a 2022 Funko release, and its value depends heavily on condition and whether it is in the box. As a standard gossamer variant, it typically trades for a modest premium over the base figure, generally ranging from $15 to $30 in good condition. Because gossamer figures are common in the Pop! Movies line, they do not command high collector prices unless they are rare or in mint, unopened condition.
Gossamer Pop! Movies is a legitimate Funko product line released in 2022, so your figure is authentic if it matches the official SKU 1186. To authenticate it, verify the "Made in China" stamp on the base, check for the holographic Funko sticker, and ensure the vinyl is smooth with sharp, clean edges. If the figure has a distinct metallic or pearlescent finish consistent with the Gossamer series, it is likely genuine, though you should compare it against official Funko images to confirm the specific movie character design.

Gossamer Pop! Movies figures are evaluated using standard Pop! grading criteria, focusing on the clarity of the gossamer finish, the integrity of the base, and the condition of the window. Inspect the figure for any scuffs, scratches, or fading of the translucent material, and verify that the base is free of cracks or chips. Since this is a 2022 release, check for common defects like misaligned eyes or paint imperfections that may have occurred during production.
