No, the Green Lantern Pop! Comic Covers figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2023 and is widely available through major retailers and secondary markets.
There is no single fixed market value for the 2023 Green Lantern Funko Pop! Comic Covers, as prices fluctuate based on condition, demand, and whether the item is sold new or used. As a standard retail product, its value is typically anchored to its original manufacturer suggested retail price, which is generally around $12.99 to $14.99. To determine its current worth, you should check recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay, as prices for common, mass-produced figures rarely exceed their retail cost unless they are part of a complete set or are in sealed packaging.
To authenticate your Green Lantern Pop! Comic Covers figure, first verify that the packaging is a sealed, shrink-wrapped box with the official Funko logo and a holographic sticker, as Funko does not typically sell loose figures for this specific line. Inspect the figure itself for high-quality paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct articulation points, noting that genuine items feature a distinct, high-gloss finish on the plastic. You can also cross-reference the SKU number on the box against Funko’s official catalog to ensure it matches the 2023 release, and if you purchased from a third-party seller, check for any signs of tampering or re-sealing on the packaging.

Pop! figures are mass-produced vinyl items and are not officially graded by major third-party certification companies like PSA or CGC, which typically focus on comics, trading cards, and action figures. To assess the condition of a Green Lantern Pop! Comic Cover, you should inspect the vinyl for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seams, or cracks, and check the packaging for any damage, as the box condition is a primary factor in resale value. Since these items are generally sold new in box (NIB), the standard for grading is simply verifying that the figure is intact and the packaging is undamaged.
