Common questions about the Hades (Chase) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Yes, the Hades (Chase) Pop! Disney is considered rare because it is a "Chase" variant, which is produced in significantly lower quantities than the standard version of the figure. Chase variants typically have a production ratio of roughly 1 in 50 compared to the regular release, making them much harder to find in retail stores.
The value of a Hades (Chase) Pop! Disney figure varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is still in the box, and current market demand. As a Chase variant, it is generally more valuable than the standard Hades figure, but specific pricing requires checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or StockX to determine the current market rate.
I cannot determine the authenticity of a specific item without physically inspecting it, as counterfeit Funko Pops are common. To authenticate your Hades (Chase) Pop! Disney, verify that the packaging is a sealed, shrink-wrapped box with a holographic sticker and that the figure itself has the correct paint application, weight, and base details consistent with official Funko production standards. For a definitive verification, you should submit the item to a professional authentication service or contact Funko directly with high-resolution photographs of the figure and its packaging.
The Hades (Chase) Pop! Disney figure, SKU 381, was released in 2017 as part of the Disney Villains collection. It was distributed as a limited-edition chase variant of the standard Hades figure, which debuted in 2016.
The Hades (Chase) Pop! Disney figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a chase variant, it was produced in limited quantities and has since been discontinued, meaning it is now only available through the secondary market.
There is no reliable information available regarding a specific "Hades (Chase)" Pop! Disney with SKU 381, as this SKU typically corresponds to a standard non-chase figure and Hades is not a standard Disney character in the Funko line. Because the item described does not appear to exist in official Funko catalogs, I cannot provide specific grading criteria for it. If you have a different SKU or character in mind, please verify the details against Funko's official product listings before attempting to grade the figure.
