The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Hades On Throne Pop! Disney (SKU 785) is not considered a rare or limited edition item. It is a standard production figure from the Disney+ Hades series, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is generally easy to find in retail stores or online. Its value is typically low, usually trading for around $10 to $15 in new condition.
The Hades On Throne Pop! Disney (SKU 785) is a standard retail release, so its value is primarily determined by its condition and whether it is still in the original box. In the current secondary market, a new-in-box figure typically sells for around $15 to $25, while a loose figure generally trades for $8 to $12. Because it is a common Disney release, it is not considered a rare collectible, and prices can fluctuate slightly based on demand for the specific character.
To authenticate your Funko Hades On Throne Pop! (SKU 785), first verify the packaging integrity, ensuring the box is sealed and the internal foam insert is intact. Examine the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp edges, and the correct "On Throne" pose, as Hades is depicted seated on his throne. Check the bottom of the figure for the embossed "FUNKO" logo and the correct SKU number. If the vinyl feels soft or the paint appears smeared, it may be a replica; for high-value items, consider professional authentication services like PSA or Beckett for a definitive verdict.
The Hades On Throne Pop! Disney (SKU 785) was released in 2021. It is part of the Disney Villains collection and is not a standard retail release, often associated with specific retail events or exclusive series.
The Hades On Throne Pop! Disney (SKU 785) is generally considered out of print, as Funko has retired many Disney Villains Collection figures. While it is no longer sold new directly from Funko, you can still find new-in-box units through third-party retailers or secondary markets, though prices may be higher than the original retail price.
To condition-check a Hades On Throne Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, paying close attention to the crown, beard, and the edges of the throne base. Verify that the figure is fully seated and stable on its base, and check that the paint on the blue robe and gold accents is intact without smudges. Examine the box for any dents, tears, or seal damage, as the packaging condition significantly impacts resale value. If the figure is loose in the box or the window is cracked, note this clearly when listing or trading.
