Legitimate authentication for a 2018 LEGO Han Solo (set 41608) relies on verifying that the packaging is an official LEGO box with the correct copyright date and that the minifigure parts are made of standard LEGO ABS plastic with crisp, clean molding. You can confirm authenticity by checking for the "LEGO" logo molded into the bottom of the minifigure's legs and ensuring the box includes the correct UPC and set number 41608. Be aware that the 2018 release was a limited-edition set, so high-quality counterfeits exist, but genuine items will not have rough edges, faded printing, or off-brand plastic.

Lego minifigures like the 2018 Han Solo (41608) are generally not graded by major third-party agencies, so value is determined by visual inspection of the figure's condition. You should check for common defects such as hairline cracks in the plastic, discoloration or yellowing of the tan parts, and wear on the printed details of the torso and head. Additionally, verify that the included accessories, such as the blaster and lightsaber, are intact and that the figure is in its original packaging if you are assessing it as a sealed set.
