No, the Handsome Jack Pop! Games figure is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release from Funko in 2015 and remains widely available in the secondary market. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive variant, its common status keeps its value relatively low compared to limited-run figures.
The Handsome Jack Pop! Games (SKU 42) is a common 2015 release that typically sells for between $5 and $10 on the secondary market. Prices generally remain low for this specific figure unless it is in a sealed box, in which case it may command a slightly higher premium.
To authenticate your Handsome Jack Pop! Games figure, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number 42, and a holographic sticker, as counterfeit boxes often lack these security features or have poor print quality. Examine the vinyl itself for sharp, clean edges and accurate paint application, noting that fakes frequently exhibit sloppy paint lines, cloudiness in the eyes, or misaligned parts. You can also cross-reference the figure's dimensions and weight against known specifications for the 2015 release to identify any significant discrepancies.

The Handsome Jack Pop! Games (SKU 42) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. This item was part of a limited production run for the 2015 video game, and any current listings for new stock are likely mislabeled or counterfeit. Collectors seeking this figure must look to the secondary market, where prices are typically significantly higher than the original retail value.
Condition-checking a 2015 Handsome Jack Pop! Games figure involves inspecting the vinyl for common defects such as mold lines, paint transfers, or scratches on the face and weapon. You should also verify that the eyes are clean and the figure stands upright without excessive wobble, as these factors significantly impact its value. While third-party grading services like Beckett exist for Pop! figures, most collectors rely on visual inspection and high-resolution photos to assess the item's condition for resale.
