To authenticate your 2020 Happy Gilmore Pop! Movies figure (SKU 890), first verify that the box is a sealed, factory-fresh unit with the correct Funko branding and the specific SKU number printed on the side. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper proportions, and the standard glossy finish typical of genuine Funko products, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy detailing or incorrect color tones. While there is no unique serial number for individual figures, checking the manufacturing date code on the bottom of the box against the 2020 release window can help confirm its origin. If the packaging or figure appears significantly off from known genuine examples, consider consulting a certified authentication service for a definitive assessment.
