No, the Harley Quinn (Black Light Glow) Pop! Heroes is not considered rare. It was a standard retail release from 2020 and was widely available in stores and online, meaning it does not have the limited production numbers or exclusivity status that typically define rare Funko Pop figures.
The standard retail price for the 2020 Harley Quinn (Black Light Glow) Pop! Heroes figure was approximately $12.99. As a common release from a popular line, its current market value typically hovers around its original retail price, ranging from $10 to $15 for a sealed box in good condition. Prices may vary slightly based on local availability and the specific condition of the item.
To authenticate your 2020 Harley Quinn (Black Light Glow) Pop! Heroes figure, first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and the specific SKU 371, and check that the figure itself has the correct paint application and glow-in-the-dark properties under black light. Inspect the seams for excess glue, ensure the eyes are properly aligned, and confirm that the packaging includes the standard Funko holographic sticker and barcode. If the figure feels lightweight, has rough edges, or the glow effect is inconsistent, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it to high-resolution images of the authentic product is recommended.

The Harley Quinn (Black Light Glow) Pop! Heroes figure (SKU 371) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2020 release, it is considered a discontinued item, meaning any new copies found on the market are likely from remaining third-party inventory or are used.
To condition-check this specific Pop! figure, you must verify that the black light glow effect functions correctly by exposing the figure to a UV light source, as this is the primary feature distinguishing it from standard variants. Inspect the vinyl for common defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, or "angel eyes" in the eyes, which are standard quality control checks for all Funko products. Additionally, ensure the figure is securely seated on its base and that the packaging, if present, is free from significant creases or tears, as these factors significantly impact resale value.
